Graston Technique

Not a lot of people know about this technique, but it is something I use in addition to chiropractic. It's more widely used in the USA but it is becoming more common here.

What is it?

Graston is a form of treatment that uses stainless steel instruments, which are contoured to fit different areas of the body. It is an unusual sensation because as the instrument is swept over a muscle it feels as though it is running over gravel under the skin.
